2014 Honda CB1100 Specifications, Features and Price

2014 Honda CB1100 Specs
2014 Honda CB1100 Specs - Honda CB1100 is the motorcycle at its most elemental. A steel double cradle frame houses the 1,140cc inline four-cylinder engine, with 41mm conventional telescopic forks and twin rear shocks providing compliant and finely tuned suspension. The riding position is upright and relaxed, a perfect platform from which to watch the world slide by.

2014 Honda CB1100

2014 Honda CB1100 Features
  • Timeless Instrumentation: The chrome-rimmed speedometer and tachometer are both analog and easy to read. What could be better than that? The new CB1100 also offers a digital clock, odometer and an updated trip computer for 2014.
  • 41mm Front Fork: A traditional design, the 41mm front fork features spring preload adjustability and is plenty strong for sporty rides—along with the wide bar, it gives the CB1100 a light feel around town.
  • Triple Disc Brakes/Optional ABS: Nothing retro here: the CB1100’s huge twin front discs and single rear disc are drilled for lighter weight and less heat retention, and offer smooth, predictable, powerful stopping capability. The Deluxe model offers available ABS.
  • Four-Into-One Exhaust: The CB1100’s four-into-one pipe gives this bike a crisp sound, and the chrome finish is a great highlight, too.
  • Polished Aluminum Engine Covers: The polished aluminum accents on the CB1100 are more expensive, but they are an example of the quality, design and detail that make the CB1100 a uniquely premium motorcycle.
  • Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI): Improved cold-weather startups, no-drama high-altitude riding and no choke are just three benefits of PGM-FI.
  • Larger Fuel Tank (Deluxe Model): The CB1100 Deluxe has a 0.5-gallon larger fuel tank than the standard model, allowing you to extend the distance (and enjoyment) between fuel stops.
  • 1142cc Air-Cooled Engine: With an engine this size, you get power everywhere—enough to go on a spirited street ride, an hour-long cruise or carry a passenger with ease.
  • Comfortable Riding Position: Honda’s classic inline-fours were very comfortable, and it’s the same for the new CB1100. Ride it for 10 minutes or two hours and you’ll see that it’s one of the easiest-to-live-with machines in any class. For 2014, the Deluxe model adds a longer, stitched-look saddle.
  • Aluminum Swingarm: Combined with the CB1100’s steel-tube full-cradle twin-loop frame, the stout aluminum swingarm is part of the CB1100’s excellent handling package.
  • Twin-Shock Rear Suspension: Easy to adjust and equipped with preload adjustability, the CB1100’s rear suspension proves that the traditional design, done right, can still provide excellent handling characteristics.
  • Combined Anti-Lock Braking System (C-ABS): Honda’s ABS system, available on the Deluxe model, provides additional confidence when stopping in less-than ideal conditions.
  • Cast Wheels: Light and easy to keep clean, the CB1100 wheels contribute to the bike’s performance and handling, while acknowledging the timeless look of Honda’s classic machines.
  • Clean lines elegantly echo the past. The large round headlight (raised 25mm for 2014), scalloped fuel tank and blacked out engine, front fork and wheels add style and substance, while familiar analogue dials, slim seat, side-swept 4-2-1 exhaust pipe and chromed front and rear mudguards provide the finishing touches.
  • The most important addition is a six-speed gearbox, improving fuel economy and making for more relaxed cruising. New instrumentation includes a gear position indicator, as well as fuel computer. Revised indicators round out the updates.
2014 Honda CB1100 is equipped with engine capacity of 1,140 cc, inline four-cylinder, water and oil cooled DOHC, PGM-FI electronic fuel injection. From these machines CB1100 is capable of producing power reaching 66kW / 7,500 rpm (95/1/EC) and torque of 93Nm / 5,000 rpm (95/1/EC).

  • SEAT: For all its sports appearance, the two-piece seat provides surprising long-distance comfort, perfect support and first-class ergonomics for both rider and pillion. At 810 mm the seat height is low enough for a secure standing position, but also tall enough for sports-oriented riding and delivering that genuine big-bike feel.
  • DASHBOARD: The 2015 200 Duke has everything that distinguishes a true KTM: from the high-quality chassis components to the multi-function cockpit, which even keeps you up to date with fuel consumption and remaining range. The extensive KTM PowerParts range gives you the option of adding your own individual style.
  • ERGONOMICS: The 200 Duke is also a genuine motorcycle in terms of dimensions, providing plenty of space and freedom of movement. The compact riding position supports relaxed touring as well as committed cornering. Large contact surfaces ensure optimum control and perfect feedback.

DYNAMIC CORNERING FUN

  • BRAKES: Riding fast means you also need brakes to match. With a 4-pot radially mounted calliper biting on the generously proportioned 300mm diameter front disc, safe, precise and powerful braking is right there when you need it.
  • WHEELS AND TYRES: Equally lightweight and finely crafted as they are robust, the 200 Duke’s 17 inch cast light alloy wheels carry a 110 mm tyre at the front and an impressive 150 mm at the rear. The tyres combine tremendous grip in both wet and dry conditions, as well as providing supreme durability.
  • FRAME: 19 kW (26 hp) of power and a dry weight of only 129.5 kg guarantee fast-paced riding fun with the new 200 Duke. The first-class chassis, with lightweight tubular space frame in the proven KTM design, turns it into a real carver through the bends. Weight grouped close to the centre of gravity maximises manoeuvrability and precision.
  • SWINGARM: The KTM 200 Duke's lightweight, high-quality, pin-jointed swingarm is designed and produced according to the same principle as that on the690 Duke. The light alloy swingarm with directly-linked WP shock absorber excels with extreme torsional stiffness and outstanding tracking stability.
  • TELESCOPIC FORK: The 200 Duke's high-quality upside-down fork from WP Suspension has the same 43 mm outer tube diameter as the RC8 R – in other words: real racing equipment that guarantees highest levels of stability and precision.

2015 KTM Duke 200 is equipped with 199.5 cc engine and capable of producing 25 horsepower at 10,000 rpm. and torque to 20 Nm at 8,000 rpm.

This is the motto of the revised F 800 GS - the sportiest member of the big GS family. The motorcycle continues its longstanding success story, providing impressive versatility both on and off the road: the ultimate versatile enduro machine with sporty genes.

The front section of the body in particular has undergone significant transformation: the new fuel tank trim, intake snorkel, upper mudguard and a new windshield give the bike that extra dash of dynamic performance, reflecting the off-road side of the F 800 GS.

Lowering is now available as an option for the F 800 GS, too. So in conjunction with the low seat, this means it is possible to create a seat height of 820 mm - perfect for shorter riders and women.
